Is this safe if I’ve never done somatic work before?
It is completely safe, calm and in control. Nothing wacky or too intense; just guided, evidence-based techniques.

Do I need to be physically fit?
No, you just need to be able to stand up unassisted.

What does TRE feel like?
It feels like when you have done some exercise and your muscles get very tired, and then go into a deeply relaxed state. You are fully in control, there is no visualisation or recalling of past trauma.

Is this therapy or a coaching session?
My approach is integrative, you may receive some coaching interventions as well as therapeutic tools.
