Psychological Therapy Service Agreement

1. Session Information

1.1 We will meet weekly at an agreed time for a 50-minute session.

1.2 We recommend an initial commitment of 6 sessions to allow our work to develop. After this, you can make an informed decision about continuing therapy, which then becomes open-ended until we agree to conclude.

1.3 Your agreed time slot will remain available to you throughout our contract unless circumstances require review.

1.4 If you're late, your therapist will be available for the remainder of our scheduled time, but sessions will end at the agreed time.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 The fee is £60 per online session, and £72 for in-person sessions, subject to periodic review with one month's notice of any changes.

2.2 Payment is due before each session by online payment via the invoice link you will receive via email.

3. Cancellations and Holidays

3.1 We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged at the full fee.

3.2 Your therapist will give you advance notice of holidays. There is no charge for sessions when they are away.

3.3 Please give as much notice as possible of your planned absences.
