I’m Reuben. I work with people dealing with anxiety, OCD, and related issues. Online, one-to-one. The approach is practical and the aim is to understand what’s actually driving the problem.

My approach is straightforward. I use evidence-based methods, but I work with the whole person. As someone who’s been on both sides of the therapy room, I know what the right support can do, and I’m committed to bringing that to everyone I work with.
I trained to Master’s level in Counselling and hold a BPsych. I’m registered with the BACP and NCPS, both at accredited level. Most of my work sits with anxiety and OCD. I’ve seen what changes when someone gets a clear picture of what’s been driving the problem, and that’s what I’m working toward with most of the people I see.
I draw on CBT, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt, and relational approaches. What I use depends on the person.
